Dear Curvy Girl Customers:

If you need to return an item to us, we will issue you a store credit as soon as we inspect your item/s. (All tags on, etc.)  We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. 

If you find that your item/s you ordered do not quite fit, we are more than happy to issue you a store credit upon return of your items. Here is our RETURN P.O. Box:

For returns to receive a FULL store credit,  all items must be clean, unworn, in new condition, free of pet hair, perfumes and smoke and ALL original tags and accessories must be attached. Otherwise items will be returned to you and no credit will be given. Please mail back your exchange with 7 days of receipt for full credit. 

Hosiery, Kixies, Bodystockings, Panty Separates are not available for STORE CREDIT or RETURNS of any kind.    

If you need an exchange URGENTLY, we will need you to make a new purchase online.

(We cannot issue store credits until we received the item and can inspect it visually and give it the smell test.)

In the package please enclose the following: Your name, e-mail address, telephone number and order number.  

We suggest that you insure the items being returned and have a tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for items lost in the process of being returned to us. The store credit will be processed when we receive the item/s and we inspect them.
